Selecting properties 

We are here to help you every step of the way whether you are a new or experienced investor!

Step 1:   Create a plan that will ensure you reach your investment / retirement goals.  It is very important in this stage to have a clear understanding of your current financial picture and we can help you determine your ability to buy by connecting you with a variety of lenders. Once you have determined your ability to buy and have a clear plan, determine how many houses you need to accomplish the goals you have set.

Step 2:  Look at the properties for sale and identify those properties that appeal to you.  Since we own all of the properties, we work hard to only provide houses in solid neighborhoods.  Once you have selected the properties that appeal to you, we can help you build a portfolio of houses that provides both stability and growth with our "core & explore" philosophy.

Step 3:  Click "Buy this property now" on the bottom of the page of the houses you like and simply complete the form.  We generally close within 30 days of the completion of the contract.  This is easy, we help you every step of the way! 

Step 4:  After closing, we will e-mail a property management agreement to you and you will begin receiving monthly checks and rental statements form your income producing investment real estate.
