All of our single family homes have been recently renovated as a superior rental house in Charlotte, NC, an emerging real estate market. We are principals/owners in all of the properties we offer, and we help you every step of the way!

Retire on Rentals investment criteria
Most properties have positive or break even cash flow with a 10% down payment. Our houses are located in strategic neighborhoods close to uptown Charlotte, in a price range of $85K - $150K. We buy 3 – 5 bedroom single family houses in established neighborhoods.

CORE: A “Core” neighborhood tends to mirror the overall trend in the market place. (If the market place is appreciating at 7% per year, so is the Core Neighborhood.)
EXPLORE: An “Explore” neighborhood offers a more speculative investment that has potential to outperform the overall trend in the market. (A little more transitional area but likely to experience strong appreciation)

Rehab as a rental
All of our houses are rehabbed as rental houses, meaning laminate counters, laminate floors, builder grade carpet that is both attractive and durable; two paint colors for quick touch ups. We have our own construction crew that rehabs the houses to eliminate maintenance issues, such as ceiling fans, garbage disposals, screen doors, etc. They follow detailed checklists to ensure proper function of all systems of the houses (plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc.)

Retire on Rentals already owns the properties we are offering. If the houses are not sold within 60 days of being on our website, they are kept for our rental portfolio.
